As all the topics required for your certification is covered in your class. You should be able to refresh your knowledge by reviewing the recorded sessions. You can access recorded sessions from previous intakes as well.
If you still need more help, you may book an one-on-one session with your lecturer by paying the required fee. Please note this service may not always be available due to time and resource constraints. We advise you to make your booking least two weeks in advance. No show and cancelation fees may apply if you decide to cancel your booking less than three days prior to the appointment.

You will have to make the full payment at least two week prior to the stating date.
Payments are acceptable in US$ and Sri Lankan rupees. If you pay in Sri Lankan rupees, please check with your bank to make sure you pay the correct amount based on the days US$ to LKR exchange rate.
If the payment is done in Sri Lankan rupees, we will display the rupee amount along with the US$ amount in the invoice.
As we only allocate a maximum of 5 students per intake, once paid your payment becomes nonrefundable.
However, subjected to resource availability, we can try to move you to a future intake.
We conduct cooperate training sessions on Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
We would still apply our standard selection criteria and the limit of 5 students per intake when setting up classes.
Though we highly promote online delivery, if your staff are located in Sri Lanka, Singapore or California, United States, we can come to you deliver the knowledge.
